Delivery and Shipping

Lytken Haandvaerk delivers to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and Spain, using PostNord and partners. Shipping to other countries is possible, please contact me.

Delivery to a pick-up point in Denmark costs 45 DKK.

Home delivery in Denmark costs 60 DKK.

There is an option to purchase a beautiful gift wrapping for 20 kr.

Prices for delivery abroad can be viewed when you fill out the delivery details.

Please note that Lytken Haandvaerk will use your email address and/or phone number as part of the delivery information.

Packages are dispatched as quickly as possible and can typically be expected to be delivered within 1-5 days. Longer delivery times should be expected for international deliveries.

Payment

Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard or Apple Pay

Return

When you buy an item from Lytken Haandvaerk, you have 14 days right to return.

The right of return can only be used if the item is unused and in the same condition as when received. If you wish to return an item, you must state this by writing an email to lytkenhaandvaerk@gmail.com. You pay the costs associated with the return yourself. The return package is sent to:  Lytken Handvaerk, Jægersborggade 12 kld.tv, BUTIK, 2200 Copenhagen.

Please provide the order number and your bank details (registration number and account number) so that the money can be returned to your account. This happens when I have received the returned item.

Complaint

You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain covers manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover damage or wear and tear that has directly or indirectly occurred as a result of incorrect use or insufficient maintenance.
